My husband loves pina coladas (the virgin smoothies). So I decided to make some pina colada cupcakes. They taste amazing and I decorated them to look like the drink!!!

I made this cake for my daughters first birthday, who loves lions. The cake is white chocolate coconut. Served with some lemon filling.

Mini Three Tiers

We are now happy to offer mini three tiered cakes. Serving 2-3 people, these cakes are great as a personal gift on showers, birthdays and any other occasion.
My sister gave me the mini cake pan for my birthday, so we both tried it out when she came for a visit. I loved the result and will definitely make them for myself too. I decorated the one in the front and she decorated the one in the back. We had a lot fun :)
