Magic Hat Cake

With a magician at the party, the cake had to be magical!!! Decorated with fondant, this tall chocolate cake was filled with raspberry flavoured buttercream!!!
Since the sister and brother are sharing the birthday party, the playing cards show their age!!!
I wonder if the magician did pull a bunny out of his hat?!

Frozen Birthday Cake

This cake is a combination of many skills!!!! Anna and Elsa are paper cut-outs and put together to be 3D. The 'castle' in the background is poured sugar. The snowflakes are white chocolate!!!
The cake is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.

Teacher Thank you mini Cakes

My kids had such a wonderful year at school that I wanted to thank their teachers in a special way! I decided to try out my lovely decorated paper pans. The pans can be peeled away to eat the yummy cake inside.
Some of the cakes are marble and some are chocolate. Decorated with vanilla buttercream and fondant crayons and thank you's. Then they were wrapped up and a tag attached :)
