My daughter has been exploring baking and cake decorating. She also wants to try new shapes and pans. So we thought of trying out a cupcake cake pan. This is our first attempt and it has gone very well.
She helped mix, bake and decorate the cake and decided to make a back to school party and have this cake.
The bottom half of the cake is chocolate and the top is vanilla, the filling is strawberry puree.
