Bello! Minion Cake!

Minion Cake for a 6 year old fan. The minions are celebrating with her. They brought their bananas with them too!
The decorations are fondant, the minions are fondant/gumpaste. The mini cake is a real cake.
The cake is vanilla with vanilla filling and icing (faux fondant).

Magic Hat Cake

With a magician at the party, the cake had to be magical!!! Decorated with fondant, this tall chocolate cake was filled with raspberry flavoured buttercream!!!
Since the sister and brother are sharing the birthday party, the playing cards show their age!!!
I wonder if the magician did pull a bunny out of his hat?!

Frozen Birthday Cake

This cake is a combination of many skills!!!! Anna and Elsa are paper cut-outs and put together to be 3D. The 'castle' in the background is poured sugar. The snowflakes are white chocolate!!!
The cake is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.

Teacher Thank you mini Cakes

My kids had such a wonderful year at school that I wanted to thank their teachers in a special way! I decided to try out my lovely decorated paper pans. The pans can be peeled away to eat the yummy cake inside.
Some of the cakes are marble and some are chocolate. Decorated with vanilla buttercream and fondant crayons and thank you's. Then they were wrapped up and a tag attached :)

Skylanders Cake!!!

Skylanders Cake featuring Enigma at the portal. The top tier is the portal, its chocolate chip with chocolate filling. The bottom tier has all the elements and is chocolate with chocolate chip filling.
All decorations are fondant except for Enigma and the sign.

Time at the Cottage Cake

To celebrate Jason's 40th birthday, the cake depicts his love for the cottage, just coming in from a swim in the lake, they start a fire and roast some marshmallows!!!
The cake is chocolate with peppermint filling!!

Rainbow Dash Equestria Girls Cake

 

Cake staring Rainbow Dash as an Equestria Girl. The cake is centred around the doll which is the only inedible thing. The guitar is gumpaste and fondant, the soccer ball is fondant.
The dress is the cake, which is caramel flavoured and covered with fondant!!!
Even the back is well tailored!!!

Zebra stripe cake with stars bursting out. The cake is chocolate with chocolate filling. Decorated with fondant, chocolate clay and edible pearls.

Fashionista Cake

Fashionista Cake and Cupcakes! 8" cake with 12 satellite cupcakes. The cake is chocolate with chocolate filling and buttercream on the outside. The decorations are edible pearls and chocolate clay.

Winter Themed Cake!

A wintery cake for a fun outdoor winter birthday. The cake is chocolate, the icing peppermint, filling is peppermint with crushed candy cane pieces. The decorations are fondant and the large snow flakes are white chocolate.
The birthday party included tobogganing and playing in their snow fort. What fun!!!
