One of my biggest fan is a super talented piano player. For her 9th birthday she wanted a piano cake in her favourite flavour, Chocolate peppermint. The cake is chocolate and the filling is peppermint with freshly crushed candy canes. The smell was amazing!!
The cake is decorated with fondant.
