Ice cream cookie cupcakes

This year my daughter wanted to make or help make her own cupcakes, we decided it would be fun to make ice cream cookie cupcakes, each child would decorate their own and would have their own candle to blow out. It was a huge hit! She made the cookies base in the cupcakes on her own, I touched nothing, then we both completed the cupcakes. All of them had a yummy chocolate chip cookie base and half were vanilla ice cream and the other chocolate.
