I held a family birthday party this year for my daughters, I decided to combine their birthdays for this event. Since there will be adults, I made a new cake, a Knafe cheesecake! I love Knafe and what better way to celebrate than a cheesecake with Arabic cream and knafe dough piled high on the cake. mmm
